• Member of a team that developed both the back end and front end of an application used for online learning. Followed a very strict agile-like development structure which allowed us to quickly and effectively deploy features
• The application runs on a microservice structure and mostly on Ruby on Rails. Vagrant was used to ensure environments were as clean as possible
• With the size of the application, knowledge in multiple areas was required to fully deploy proper end features. This included an understanding of UI/UX when designing the front end and API design when building the backend
• The whole application had integrations with both AWS and Azure for deployment. It also utilized Gluster and AWS storage for user files

Lead Developer
PRTE ⦁ 2019 - 2020

• Worked as a Lead Developer managing a team of backend Ruby on Rails developers through several projects
• The main project was with Leroy Merlin, a multinational company and one of the biggest hardware stores in Brazil.
• An API was developed to manage the bulk of their client experience, managing products, purchases and bonuses. It was a Rails RESTful API, developed using Rails Engines. It was fully dockerized and Sidekiq was used for background processes and redis to control said processes on sidekiq
• Another project was for Zodio, a multinational that was trying to start an E-Commerce platform in Brazil. The project was developed with a Rails RESTful API, fully dockerized, and utilized sidekiq and redis
• The final project was for the  State of Goias to make it easier for farmers to get their products to the public. Information was managed and served into a public API for the government. This was developed from the ground up by my team, with heavy testing with RSpec, in a fully dockerized environment, having CI/CD implemented with Heroku and Jenkins

• Built applications using Ruby on Rails on the backend, developing RESTful APIs and testing them with RSpec. For frontend development JavaScript libraries such as React, Angular.js, Vue.js, JQuery and Vanilla.js were used
• Followed good development practices like version control with git and writing tests with rspec
• Two main projects were completed while working here included Doletinha which was a website used for trading currency, namely USD and BRL, and a social network similar to reddit which was developed with small communities in mind
• Was tasked with maintaining old features and developing new ones on both projects
