Why should I trust DoneStreet developers?

Who can I hire?
You can hire a contracted freelance developer, a traditional employee, or a full team to manage and build your project. Developers are located around the world and we have a developer for every project and budget.
How much does it cost?
Contract developers are paid an hourly rate and contracts are flexible for part-time or full-time work.
If you choose to hire a developer as a traditional employee, the one-time cost is broken up into a split payment with 50% upfront and 50% after 3-months.
We have flexible budgets for every project. We allow developers to set their own rate and they're located globally. This allows us to have an experienced senior developer for every budget.
What are the steps between now and hiring?
Step 1: Tell us about your project. What are you working on, what skills/technologies are required? What would your ideal candidate look like?
Step 2: We'll introduce you to vetted developers who match your needs. Or if you prefer, we will source developers that you can screen yourself. You interview the top 2-3 candidates.
Step 3: Hire the perfect developer(s) for your project and begin to work directly with them.
Bonus* If you're not 100% satisfied during the first week trial period, you can end the contract and do not need to pay for the time worked.
How will it work once I’ve hired my developer?
Step 1: The Developer joins your team, we schedule a kick-off call and you onboard your new team member.
Step 2: Get your project built. Communicate and work directly with your developer and DoneStreet is here to help along the way.
Step 3: DoneStreet handles all contracts, compliance, invoicing and payments.

Does DoneStreet accommodate fixed rate projects
All of our developers work on an hourly or salaried basis. However, we can limit the hours worked to try and fit within your project's budget. We also offer estimation services to provide a second opinion on the length of your project.
What if we want to hire our contracted developer directory?

What services/offerings does DoneStreet provide/offer?
Full time Developer - Hire a traditional employee who joins your team on a permanent basis
Contract - Flexible agreements, full-time or part-time, and short-term or long-term. Scale up and down as necessary
Full team - Multiple developers and a team leader
DoneStreet completes the full technical screening for you, or choose to screen the candidates yourself.
